How do I get the kiddos who really don’t want their pictures taken to get into the mood?  Make it fun of course!

We run…

…and jump…

This weekend marked the last of my holiday sessions.  I don’t have any sessions booked for the next two weeks but don’t worry…I’ll be staying busy finishing proofs, ordering pictures and cards, and getting things ready to be shipped.  Thanks to everyone who made this a very successful year!  Remember, 2010 brings a raise in session fees, so reorder your sessions at the current price now.  :)

A post is never complete without a pictures…and what better way to end it with these two festive cuties.

This afternoon I met “L” at land park for some senior pictures.  Storm clouds were coming in and we were losing light fast so the session was bumped up a bit.  I got a bit nervous when it started to sprinkle just before…but ithe rain held out and we had a great session.  The colors were gorgeous…lots of reds and yellows.  Thanks for coming out!  It was great to meet you.  :)

This evening I met up with these gorgeous gorgeous kids!  They are the perfect ages for photography:  10 months who is smiley, adorable and most importantly, not walking…and 6 years who is so helpful, unselfconcious, and listens!  We wandered around Old Sac exploring different locations.

This morning I had a last minute holiday session with these two gorgeous girls.  They donned their holiday dresses and we jumped, twirled and played.  They have the prettiest eyes and sweet little faces.  Thanks for coming out ladies!

Monkey Tree Creations

December 3, 2009

Yesterday I got to photograph some really cute toys made by Abi of Monkey Tree Creations.  She makes a variety of animals including these owls (which we all know I love) and penguins.  Abi recently started to sell patterns of these little fellas and needed some pictures so people can see what they are making.
