I generally like to have my sessions shortly before the sun starts to set. The lighting is super nice and soft at this time of day. Unfortunately during the summer this sometimes mean shooting close to, or after bedtime for my littlest clients. Luckily this little sweetie was really easy to work with. Too cute!

This evening I did a huge extended family session at the UCD arboretum. Of course its nice to get a mellow traditional shot of all the cousins looking at the camera… …but my personal faves are when the kids can relax and have fun!
