Yay for outdoor newborn sessions! During the summer, the heat is perfect for keeping newborns nice and cozy. This little guy did such a wonderful job.

This little girl had a birthday recently, so it was time for some updated portraits. Of course, big brother had to jump in for a few as well!
I just love this little girl. She is very silly and sweet with a very expressive face. I’ve known her dad since Jr High, so its always great to see her family. Look whose three!
I had an enjoyable time with these two. We walked around the Davis greenbelt area to a few of my favorite spots. As you can see by the last shot, the lighting was so pretty!
I’ve been friends with this family for a few years now. Our kids went to preschool together. They moved away. And came back. They are a pretty silly bunch and always a fun time.
“My mom has a picture of me from when I was a kid and I want to get her an updated version”. OK, that was paraphrased BUT the sentiment is the same. I always love it when “kids” schedule sessions with their parents in mind. Its such a sweet gesture. 😀
These three are full of energy and fun! Big sister LOVED being in front of the camera. Such a hoot! We did some in the studio and finished up in a pretty courtyard down the street.
It has been a while since I’ve seen these ladies. The littlest one is now walking, which blows my mind! We met last weekend at the arboretum for some family pictures.
This couple was so much fun. They came armed with a ton of cute ideas and had no problem getting silly. Their wedding is going to prove to be a great time!
I smiled the entire time I photographed this little birthday boy. We started at the arboretum, and then had a cake smash back at the studio. He was so much fun! Happy birthday little dude!
